Connexall Modular-Based Application Certification
With Connexall, there is almost no limit to what you can do. To help you take advantage of the almost limitless opportunities, we offer application-specific modular training. Each modular course will give you a detailed understanding of a specific application and will offer a comprehensive overview of that integration.
This set of comprehensive training courses focuses on specific applications of Connexall. It provides students with an in-depth foundation for working with specific Connexall applications. These unique modular courses also fully cover common issues you will come across and how to troubleshoot.
Reseller Training Requirements
All Resellers wishing to implement Connexall projects which include elements from one or more of the Modules described below will first be required to have 2 of their previously trained technicians successfully complete the associated Training Module. Once the Module has been successfully completed, the team may implement projects of this type independently on an on-going basis.
In all instances where the Reseller is not trained on a specific module for the project in question, Connexall Professional Services must manage the entire implementation. To determine the specific scope of work and to adequately prepare our time and resources, we require a conversation with the End User, prior to producing the quote. It will be at the Resellers’ discretion whether they would prefer to have their technicians trained on the corresponding Module(s) prior to implementation or whether they would prefer for Connexall to manage all associated Professional Services.

MODULE: VOICE INTEGRATION
The Voice Integration/Response course will show you how to work with the Voice Integration Client (VIC) and Voice Response Client (VRC). Among the topics covered will be how to broadcast text-to-speech messages and create customized IVR menus that give users standard Connexall functionality using landlines or wireless phones.
MODULE: WORKFLOW
The OR Workflow course will walk you through the typical processes in operating rooms, starting with patient check-in and preparation, going through the procedure, right up until the patient is moved to the recovery room and the OR is turned over. The course will feature examples from actual OR applications and show you how Connexall can be utilized to create a seamless OR workflow process.
